Hernandez, a Registered Professional Engineer and General Contractor Qualified Agent in Georgia, bringing over 26 years of expertise in civil and construction engineering. Leveraging Luigi’s extensive knowledge and experience, Excellere was built to specialize in the construction of multi-use trails, boardwalks, vehicular and pedestrian bridge rehabilitation and construction, roadway improvement projects, and municipal recreation and streetscape developments.
